ALLOTMENT holders in Chudleigh are being warned to be on their guard following a series of break-ins to sheds.

Neighbourhood officers are keen to alert shed owners following the burglaries.

Electrical and hand tools were stolen while damage was caused of locks, fencing and doors.

The break-ins happened overnight Saturday April 13 to Sunday April 14.

A police spokesman said: ‘Police are appealing for anyone who may have information about these crimes to get in touch.

‘Where sheds generally can be an easier target for burglars, there are things you can do to make them more secure.
