A band of paintbrush-wielding volunteers gave Teignmouth’s iconic letters a fresh lick of paint yesterday (Sunday 14th April) for their annual spring spruce up.

Organised by Councillors Cate Williams and David Cox, the paint job comes a week after maintenance was carried out on the landmark signage at Sprey Point.

‘We filled some of the holes in the structure last week,’ said Cate Williams.
